Refund Policy

The amount of donation/charity once completed in favor of Jagannath Cancer Aid Foundation (JACAF) cannot be expected or subjected to any kind of refund later on except in case of fraudulent credit card/banking transaction duly demonstrated to satisfaction of Jagannath Cancer Aid Foundation (JACAF). However, only in case of failure of completion of transaction due to technical reasons the amount will be subject to refund through same payment gateway process only to the same account of the user who initiated transaction so questioned subject to applicable deductions in a reasonable processing time. Such refund will be processed within a reasonable time frame, subject to deductions as may be applicable.It is clarified that no kind of cash refunds will be made.
